I was looking for a lipstick a few minutes ago (the number of lipsticks I have is really disturbing), and came across TheBalm Plump Your Pucker Tinted Gloss in “Spike My Punch”
. I got this particular shade when they first released it some time ago.
As the name implies, the Plump your Pucker tinted gloss line is a plumping gloss, and does a great job. It contains Maxilip, which is a collagen booster. The claim is that if used for 30 days, you will see a difference in the overall volume of your lips – and you do. There is a nice range of colors, many of which I have used, but Spike My Punch is my favorite. It’s a delicate, sheer red – I have difficulty finding a red gloss that looks good on me, but this is a fruit-punch red that is perfect. And even better, it smells and tastes just like Hawaiian fruit punch. Without the calories. 
On the whole, between the plumping, the color, and the consistency, Plump your Pucker gives your lips a younger, delicate look. It layers well over lipstick as well.
