Hey Julia!

It really is amazing. And though $95 is up there, for me it's really an investment to keep my long hair healthy - as great as it is as a styling product, the fact that it keeps my hair healthy is what justifies the cost in my mind.

I actually did a per-use cost analysis of All Day Hair Plump, and for my long, thick, and hard to control curly hair (aka I probably end up having to use more than most people), it comes to about 50 cents per use. Ironically, I end up paying a lot more per use for drugstore hair products since I end up having to use more of those products to coat all of my hair than I do with the Hair Plump. And depending on how you use it, you may be able to skip some salon visits, which mitigates the cost.

And I realize cost over time/"it's an investment" doesn't make much of a difference if you are looking at what you can fit into your budget now, so there are a few options there:

1) Check out http://www.freebieville.com (and their blog, http://www.freebieville.com/blog/ and watch for a coupon for Beauty.com or Sephora. There is currently a coupon for $10 off your purchase on the blog - but $20 off $60 coupons come up on occasion as well for beauty.com. Freebieville seems to stay most current on coupons for both places.

2) See if any of your friends would also like to try it, and divide up the cost. If three of you go in on it (and you can use a coupon too!), then it will run you about $32 - and less if you use a coupon. The pump is actually a screw top - so you can divide the formula up by three (or however many of you are going in on it) by dispensing it into a clean, airtight container. Weigh the lower cost versus a salon treatment or a few blow-outs that you can now do at home with the product.

And always make sure to warm a small amount of Fekkai All Day Hair Plump between your hands before you use it - you can use far less product with a better result that way - the bottle lasts way longer then.

Thanks for your comment Julia and I hope this helps!

The "all day plump" is the best hair product I've ever tried. But I can't afford it-- 95 bucks!
