That surprised me as well - 50% is a lot. Perhaps that's why extensions and falls are so popular - which turns into a vicious cycle - add extentions to make up for the lack of density, which puts stress on the hair folicle.

Yeah - there is so much media attention on male pattern baldness that procedures for women's hair loss are just getting attention in the past few years it seems. Since it is affecting more and more women these days, it's great that doctors like Doctor McAndrews are developing innovative options for women!
