WHAT THEY ARE:
This is a set of 4 jars of premium disposable micro brushes, 100 brushes per jar. There are three sizes which are:
– Superfine 1.0 mm (white)
– Fine (yellow) 1.5mm
– Medium (blue and purple) which are both 2.0 mm each.
These micro brushes are superior to cotton swabs because they are much more precise in size and more importantly they are lint free with a non-drip fiber tip with non-absorbing fibers. They also have bendable necks.
WHAT THEY DO
If you would consider using a cotton swab to apply glue or product to something but don’t want to risk getting cotton swab lint fibers on the surface, these brushes work perfectly. The brushes provide a means of precision glue application for beauty (nails, eyelash extensions or false lashes, makeup clean-up) precise application of dyes, paint, glitter, glue, polish, liquid gold, adhesive, etc. They are also very useful for crafting, scrapbooking, and applying touch-up paint in the smallest of sections including on metal surfaces such as cars.
Two useful features of these brushes that make them superior to cotton swabs or traditional paint touch up brushes are:
The lint free, non-absorbent nature of these brushes makes them ideal for eyelash extensions or working with mascara with fibers for false eyelash or heavy mascara clean-up. I like a very thick lash look, but I don’t want obvious tiny fake fibers showing. My lash comb can’t remove all the excess fibers, and a cotton swab leaves behind lint. These little brushes whisk away mascara fallout and stray lengthening mascara fibers cleanly and without leaving any lint.
BENDABLE BRUSH HANDLE GIVES EXCELLENT CONTROL
Unlike traditional touch up brushes, the unique bendable micro bushes with precision tips that enable you to have full control over the placement of the application or removal of glue, paint, sealant, polish, varnish or other sticky, messy product.
So far I have found these little brushes useful for several types of beauty and general household tasks. Some household ways I have used them so far include cleaning the tiny spaces between and under the keys on my laptop keyboard or touching up a very tiny paint chip on the car, touching up gold leaf on a picture frame, and applying crazy glue with precision. Some beauty ways I have used them include cleaning up errant nail polish during a manicure and cleaning up my lashes after mascara application. They would also be useful for someone who makes models or intricate detail items that require the precision application of paint or glue.
There are lots of uses for these tiny brushes; they are economical and disposable so they are hygienic enough to use around the eye area and micro brushes make many jobs an easy do it yourself kind of task because you can precisely apply a sticky product like glue, paint, solvent or varnish.
