It comes in one color, Sheer, which is ideal for me, but as you know, I’m quite pale. I don’t know how it would work on other skin tones, though when the other Style Chicks tried it out, it still looked natural on a more olive-toned fair skin. I think it would serve as a decent brightener on darker skin tones as well – don’t let the color in the tube scare you off, since it goes on so lightly.

It’s not just a great primer, either – it contains Vitamins A, C, and E – so you get some skincare action as well! Try applying it with a sponge or synthetic brush – the wand is a bit too small to blend with. And definitely make sure to blend it all the way into the inner V of your eye – it brightens and opens the area right up without looking fake. You just look…what do they call that…well rested.

There are some great eyeshadow primers on the market right now, and ELF Mineral Eyeshadow Primer is amongst them. For everyday use, it’s a great value at $3.00 and the tube lasts surprisingly long. In fact, I still had about 1/8th of my old tube left (which I got about a year ago and have been using 2-3 days a week) when I ordered my new tube recently.

Sorry for the lack of posting – we’ve been testing out a bunch of new products to share with you, and some of them have been good enough that we sort of forgot to write about them. We’re all headed out the door at the moment to go see friends in Westchester, but when we get back, we can’t wait to share some of our latest and greatest finds with you.

And yes, I still think Fekkai Overnight Hair Repair is amazing. Add a little Coiff Piecing and Forming Wax (my latest hair product obsession) to the ends the next day, and you’ll be staring at yourself in the mirror for hours.

Thanks for the feedback – our new Springy colors on our Twitter page seem to be a big hit! But of course, here at StyleChicks HQ, we are never satisfied with the first great item we see – otherwise we’d only have one lipstick, and it wouldn’t take us upwards of half an hour to collectively figure out what we want for lunch…

Tomorrow night we’ll be uploading a slightly different design (as in, your standard guy wouldn’t be able to tell the difference, but it would be vastly different to any woman - like black pumps….) on our twitter page, and after showing you all the designs and getting your feedback, we’ll officially put up our new colors right here on Style Chicks!
