Sigi Skin Kaleanser Hypoallergenic Vegan Wash

February 3, 2020 · 14 Comments

We knew eating Kale was good for you, but who knew it could be so beneficial as a face wash? We found out when we tried Sigi Skin Kaleanser Hypoallergenic Vegan Wash, an exceptionally gentle but effective wash that cleanses skin without stripping it.

Sigi Skin Kaleanser Hypoallergenic Vegan Wash

Why Kale

Kale is gentle but nutrient rich.

Let’s take a closer look at what Kale and the other natural ingredients in this formula can do.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E oil softens skin, making scars pliable again. It reduces wrinkles with its’ humectant abilities.

OUR SIGI SKIN EXPERIENCE

I first used it one morning, as I mentally was going through my to-do list and generally distracted. I had patch-tested it for reactions a few days prior, so I knew it had a nice jelly-like texture and subtle Eucalyptus scent.

But then as I applied it to my face and started massaging it in, my mental to-do list melted away as I realized that the texture and sensation of this face wash was a world of difference from my standard cleansers, all of which I considered pretty great.

I literally said “OH WOW!” out loud.

So…continuing the recommended 120 seconds of face washing felt like a glorious but fleeting spa treatment. I delighted in making small, gentle circles around my face with my fingertips

Another surprise came when I washed it off: despite the medium-jelly consistency, it washed off clean and without any scrubbing. My face was truly clean: no vestiges of last night’s skincare routine.

And for as gentle as the cleanser is, it had taken off a mild layer of dead skin that was leaving my skin a little dull. My face had a healthy glow, which is a great way to start a morning!

As I went about my morning routine, I noticed something interesting, even though my skin felt truly and deeply clean, it wasn’t at all tight feeling. That is usually the trade-off: there are a lot of good cleansers that give you a deep clean feeling, but also strip your skin of moisture and leave it feeling tight. Not so with Sigi Skin Kaleanser Face Wash. My skin was moisturized and so, so soft.

Pomegranate is more than a tasty treat. Those juicy, jewel-like seeds are arils. Arils are packed with antioxidants, minerals, vitamins A, C, K and E plus folic acid. Pomegranates contains three times the antioxidants of wine or green tea. [1] Arils also hold a beautiful juicy lip stain of natural color.

This increased microcirculation and cell renewal reduces new wrinkles and improves skin texture.

Topical skin Application

Rich in Vitamin C, pomegranate reduces skin roughness when regularly applied topically, The high water content is hydrating.

The polyphenols are antioxidants that protect skin cells from oxidative damage. Other antioxidants reduce inflammation ranging from puffiness to acne snd tackle oxidative damage like dark spots and sun damage.

Pomegranate prompts the skin cells to work overtime to produce collagen.

Omega 5 fatty acid reduces skin inflammation and aids in skin repair for scarring, discoloration and acne marks.

How Pomegranate Benefits Skin on StyleChicks

Pomegranate

Where does one find Pomegranate is skincare?

Pomegranate Sterols is a safe, natural pomegranate based skin care ingredient. It is made by pressing the arils to extract the juice, which is fractionated. It increases skin barrier formation and improves skin hydration. Testing shows Pomegranate Sterols holds double its weight in water.

Vegan Clean & Hydrating: Sigi Skin Morning Glow Physical Sunscreen

October 28, 2019 · 28 Comments

Just because it isn’t Summer anymore doesn’t mean that you should stop wearing SPF. In fact, SPF is a 365 day a year commitment! Even if it is cloudy, damaging rays from the sun can harm your skin. If you hate the feel or finish of sunscreen, try a vegan sunscreen that behaves like a hydrating facial lotion: Sigi Skin Morning Glow Physical Sunscreen.

A lot of people don’t like the texture of sunscreen, but Morning Glow Physical Sunscreen from SigiSkin will change that. Not only does this thin, vegan formula fully absorb into the skin with no white aftercast, it also doubles as a potent daytime skincare treatment.

Ingredients

The formula contains Avocado and Acai Extracts, which contain Vitamin E and Fatty Acids to keep skin hydrated and supple. Avocado oil gives a nice bit of moisture to dry skin without making makeup run or leaving a greasy feel.

It also contains 4% Niacinamide, which works to moisturize and brighten skin. Niacinamide is excellent for undoing previous sun damage, so you will be both preventing future damage thanks to the SPF, as well as reversing skin aging caused by photodamage!

Avocado hydrates skin

Adenosine smoothes out wrinkles by energizing the surface cells of the skin. This helps them best performing their rejuvenating tasks. Ceramides protect the skin barrier and hold in moisture.
