I’m perpetually surprised that bright pinks like this Stila Convertible Color For Lips And Cheeks in Fuchsia look so delicate and flattering – it’s that “your lips but better” look that is barely noticeable as makeup but your face looks fresh and bright.

Despite how intense it looks in the pot, it goes on light and isn’t sticky – I love using it on cheeks as well. And as far as 2 in 1 cream color pots go, Stila makes a great convertible color – works as well for cheeks as is does for lips.

For just a slight amount of color, pat it into your lips with your finger. For more substantial coverage and color, use a lip brush to apply.

I have reasonaby long lashes – but they grow out straight and a few grow down. Thanks to the cult classic shu uemura Eyelash Curler, I can get a great curl that gives me the perfect curl that lasts up to a day.

But on occasion (well, more often than not), I have a few eyelashes on the inner and outer corners that are either too short to curl or grow down and I can’t catch them in the curler.

So for those like me, Shu Uemura has come out with a Mini Version of their curler, geared at catching those little sections that are too short or can’t be caught in the regular curler.

Two curlers may feel excessive but it not only catches those lashes that grow straight down in the outer corner, but can also give  an extra lift to the lashes in just the center above the iris. This creates a nice wide awake look.
