How to Use the PINGKO Multi-Function Sport Pedometer

August 4, 2017 · 2 Comments

What are the Benefts of a Pedometer?

Walking is an easy way to burn calories and get in shape.

No matter how out of shape you are, most people’s doctor’s would approve of them adding some extra walking to their day by parking at the far end of the parking lot, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or taking small extra walking breaks during the day.

Start slowly, take the scenic route, and eventually build the total steps per day.

While any walking is beneficial to get started, it takes some momentum while walking to derive true benefit.

How much do you already walk per day while running errands, shopping, at work, or taking the stairs?

And how much of that walking has any aerobic or cardio value?

The answer may surprise you.

Find out with a PINGKO Multi-Function Sport Pedometer that shows total active steps, distance, and calories.

PINGKO Multi-Function Sport Pedometer

ABOUT THE PINGKO PEDOMETER Benefits

The Pingko Sport Pedometer has a variety of helpful features, but one thing that really stands out is it counts only ACTIVE steps, not just any step-like movement. What does this mean?

What are active steps?

If you are interested in walking for health (aerobic, muscle toning or cardio) or walking with enough momentum for calorie burning, the steps need to be continuous motion, even if in short bursts, such as running up the stairs for a forgotten item or walking with purpose, not just meandering around.

The Pingko Pedometer only counts sequential movements of ten or more steps in a row. This is an accurate reading of non-passive step movement, for example, not counting the shifting of weight, or leaning forward or just taking a step or two.

It is a more accurate gauge of the kind of walking or running movement that keeps us healthy and burns calories.

PINGKO PEDOMETER FEATURES

The Pingko Pedometer’s easy to read LED display shows total steps, distance, and calories. The Pingko Pedometer is a sports pedometer, recording active steps.

The Pedometer has an easy to read LED screen for calories, miles, and steps

TRI-AXIS SENSOR FOR VERSATILE CLIP-ON PLACEMENT

The Pingko pedometer’s tri-axis Walk Sensor Technology allows for attaching the detachable strong clip to my hip or at the waist, on my shoe, inside a pocket, or on my bag to accurately monitor my stepping activity.

Set the distance to Kilometers or miles using the easy to follow instructions

TRIM DESIGN LINE

It’s durable and lightweight and at 1 7/8″ X 2 5/16″ it is not bulky under a blazer or sweater or blouse when I wear it at work. It lays flat on pants or yoga pants or leggings.

Discretely clipped on my pants under my suit blazer for wearing to work

EASY TO FOLLOW MANUAL INSTRUCTIONS

The Pedometer comes with a fairly thorough user manual. The manual gives a step-by-step explanation how to change the reading from miles to kilometers.

Easy to follow step-by-step manual

REPLACEABLE BATTERY

This pedometer has a replaceable battery. Full instructions on how to replace the battery are included within the manual, and “AG13” batteries are a 1.5 V battery and are inexpensive and easy to find at Amazon and other retailers.

PUTTING THE PINGKO PEDOMETER TO THE TEST

I feel like I am up and down from my desk and on my feet much of the day, but I was unsure how much of that was active movement and how much was just passive “steps” that offer little exercise or calorie burning value. I tested one day at home and doing errands, another day around the office and also walking along a boardwalk walking trail near the beach.

HOW TO CLIP ON THE Pingko PEDOMETER

I clipped it to the center of my yoga pants at the waist.

It also worked clipped on my shoelace.

I made sure to place the pedometer so that the buttons face the ground to best engage the tri-axis technology.

Sturdy backclip fits jeans, yoga pants, and on my suit pants

It makes a light click when counting, something I noticed when I was listening for it at home but I could not hear the click in the ambient noise of a store, outside, in the gym or in an office environment.

How to Reset the Pingko Pedometer step-by-step

This is how to reset PINGKO pedometer step-by-step:
  1. Locate the reset button. On older models, it is on the right. On new models, the left. It is labeled “reset”.
  2. press and hold the reset button until the counter returns to zero.
  3. Clip the pedometer on you
  4. take 10 normal walking strides so the pedometer can learn your walking pace to count your active steps accurately.

Understanding Your ACTIVE STEPS

I went about my day and would check the pedometer progress after running up and down a flight of stairs or walking out to the mailbox.

When grocery shopping, it counted the “active” steps walking to and from the parking lot, and when I went through aisles with my cart.

But steps, such as when I stood to wait for my turn at the deli counter shifting my weight, do not count as “active steps”.

How to Use PINGKO Multi-Function Sport Pedometer for fitness

PINGKO PEDOMETER TIPS AND TRICKS

  • Make sure the pedometer buttons are facing downward (not sideways or upside down) so the axis is properly enabled to count steps.
  • Placing the pedometer at the center of the waistline ensures the most accurate count.
  • Walking briskly enough to naturally swing your arms is often enough to enable cardio and aerobic benefit in your walking
  • Before use, carefully remove the white plastic tag without ripping it

CONCLUSION

Using the Pingko Pedometer helps me track my activity and keeps me motivated to meet and increase my fitness goals.

It also helps me to know if I am drinking enough water to stay hydrated for my actual activity levels. It helps me remember to take the stairs instead of the elevator and to keep an active pace in my walking when possible.

DIY SPA: Learn To Massage Your Partner DVD & SpaBall Massage Kit By Heather Karr LMT

July 28, 2017 · Leave a Comment

If someone gave you a spa gift certificate, how would you choose to redeem it? How about a massage? If I was a lady of leisure, I’d get a massage EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. It’s so relaxing and few spa treatments are as luxurious or rejuvenating as a massage. I’m not a lady of leisure, but the SpaBall Massage Kit by Licensed Massage Therapist Heather Karr is here to help.

Getting massages aren’t just relaxing, they’re important for your health. Massage increases immunity, reduces anxiety, fatigue, and tension, massages enhance sleep quality, lessen depression, and release endorphins, the body’s own natural pain reliever. Massages help after a rigorous workout to relieve pain and help muscles recoup. Massages stop pain cycles by releasing muscle knots called trigger points and can greatly aid in coping with stress and tension.

This DVD teaches four massage therapy techniques for relaxing massages at home

This DVD teaches four massage therapy techniques for relaxing massages at home

I try to get a regular massage whenever I can to stay in optimal shape and keep me on my fitness plan. We found a fabulous masseuse, he is an LMT instructor and is great at post-workout recovery, muscle knots, tension, or if you wrench your back or have a crick in your neck. But he’s so popular, that it’s difficult to book an appointment with him when I need it, I often have to wait a few weeks. Meanwhile, muscle knots and tension can wreak havoc on your energy levels and sleep, so we’re excited to find the SpaBall Massage Kit by Licensed Massage Therapist Heather Karr. This kit has the tool and teaches the techniques used by actual LMT’s on their own patients for giving relaxing and therapeutic massages.

WHY THIS KIT IS NECESSARY

The idea behind this kit is you may need a massage, or your partner may need one and getting to a masseuse is not feasible. Even if you or your partner is very willing to give a massage, *HOW* to massage for therapeutic benefits is a guessing game. Often giving a massage, as an untrained person, is so energy intensive, hands and backs quickly get tired or even can get hurt, so the massage session itself is often not long enough to be truly relaxing or helpful to the one receiving a massage. Even if the massager has ample upper body strength, how to warm up muscles and soothe muscle pain or identify trigger points is something of a mystery. And what is effective at relieving stress and tension is hit or miss for an untrained but willing massager. Ever get (or give) a well-meaning but not relaxing repetitive series of karate chop like moves on your back in the name of massage? That is a person willing to massage you, but they don’t know how. And they (or you) are wasting plenty of energy cluelessly trying when actual massage techniques are far more effective and easier.

ABOUT THE SPABALL MASSAGE KIT

The SpaBall Massage Kit contains:

  1. An illustrated guide
  2. The “Learn to Massage Your Partner” a 45-minute instructional DVD
  3. A velvet drawstring carrying pouch
  4.  An easy-to-use massage tool
Spaball kit contents

Spaball kit contents

The kit comes with the instructional DVD, SpaBall tool, and illustrated guide

THE GUIDE

The Spaball guidebook

The guide is a concise illustrated easy to understand “cheat-sheet” reference for finding the source of pain contained within a trigger point in order to apply massage or the massage tool to stop the discomfort. You may be asking, “What’s a trigger point?”

The guide explains Trigger Points and how to fix them

A trigger point is essentially a tightened or stiff muscle bundle or muscle knot, generally sensitive and painful to the touch. It won’t relax on its’ own, which is why massage is so helpful. When you press on the trigger point, it often radiates pain. If these trigger points can be worked out via massage, the pain often lets up quickly. It often takes several minutes of pressure point massage to work out a trigger point, so the tool is particularly helpful.

The guide shows exactly how and where to use the tool to massage a trigger point based on what area of the body hurts. Here is an example of the illustrations found in the guide, with explanations on how to treat each area.

Illustrated, easy to understand diagrams from the Guide

THE DVD

“Learn to Massage Your Partner” is a 45-minute instructional DVD that teaches four primary massage techniques and shows how to do them and what areas of the body should be massaged with each technique and in what order. There are also instructional chapters on how to warm up muscles, how to identify and treat trigger points (the muscle knots that radiate pain), how to give stress relief massages, and how to set up the bed for a comfortable massage position for both the one getting the massage and the one giving the massage.

The "Learn to Massage Your Partner" a 45-minute instructional DVD

The “Learn to Massage Your Partner” a 45-minute instructional DVD

A particularly important feature of this DVD is instructions on how to keep your hands from getting tired while giving a massage, and how to protect your back while giving a massage. These techniques are demonstrated step-by-step in action during the massage demonstration.

If you are trying your best to give a massage but your hands tire out after a few minutes, you will find this section to be a game-changer. Personally, it is not that I am unwilling to give a massage, but it is so tiring to try to apply enough pressure to help, so I felt I learned a lot from these simple techniques that massage therapists themselves use to protect their back and keep them from getting tired while working on their own clients.

Something I particularly like about the four techniques taught is they are not only easier for the masseuse to perform, but they are gentle and relaxing for the one receiving the massage.

THE MASSAGE TOOL

There are lots of rollers and knobby things that are supposed to help give a massage that I’ve found from time to time at malls or bath stores. I find these to be of minimal value, in part because the tools aren’t that effective and still require a fair amount of hand or grip strength to get any degree of pressure. They also rarely come with instructions.

The patented Spaball is lightweight, sturdy, and conforms to the palm for ease of use

The SpaBall tool is different, it is very simple and easy to use and is just the right texture and shape to apply a little or a lot of pressure on a muscle knot or trigger point. The tool gives more pressure without strenuous effort. The tool can also be used on yourself at home, work or when traveling.

Spaball fits comfortably into the hand to apply pressure to trigger points without excess exertion

SELF-CARE MASSAGE

The DVD has a detailed section on self-care massage techniques and very helpful, easy stretches are taught for identifying and treating trigger points and long muscles that can cause stiffness or radiate pain. There is a section each for back, neck muscle tension and headaches, jaw muscles, forearms, and chest/deltoids. Each section has how to stretch the area and how to massage yourself using the tool. I asked my personal massage therapist about some of these stretches, and he thought they were very effective and recommended them whether I get a massage either from him or use the tool to massage knots out myself.

A particularly useful feature of the tool is massaging the arch of foot plantar fasciitis if you are a runner or wear high heels. I find this particularly useful after wearing heels multiple days in a row, or if I have been standing extendedly during the day.

TIP: The golf ball within the tool does offer the right amount of pressure, but a crystal or jade ball can be substituted if you prefer one.  I tried a jade ball I put in the freezer for a cooling massage to an overworked muscle after a particularly difficult workout and really loved the results. Later that evening, I followed with a brief massage with the golfball and it felt fine the next day.

The golf ball is removable, so you can add your own crystal or jade orb to the casing if desired

THE POUCH

The pouch is a black velvet drawstring pouch to hold the instructional guide and tool that is small enough to keep in your bag, in a desk drawer or suitcase so it can be used at home, work or while traveling.

Drawstring pouch to hold the guide and SpaBall

Carry the SpaBall with you while you travel and use it anywhere

Carry the SpaBall with you while you travel and use it anywhere for fast relief

CONCLUSION

Massage is not just a treat, it benefits physical health and reduces stress. When you try to give or get a massage at home, without proper instruction, it is difficult to really give a relaxing and effective session. It is also nearly impossible to get good results on yourself, especially on the back, shoulder and neck area. Instead, learn how to give a beneficial, relaxing massage that is not physically exhausting to perform and is a delight to receive. The SpaBall kit enables relaxing, therapeutic massages with the same techniques used by professionals, and helps with self-care massage and stretching techniques when you need a massage yourself. The simple to learn, helpful, informative video and guide give easy to follow, detailed, step-by-step instructions on techniques, tips, and how-to information to enjoy the benefits of massage at home for yourself or a partner.

PRETTY IN A CUP: RejuvaBlend K-Cups with Biotin For Strong Hair & Nails

April 8, 2017 · Leave a Comment

Women under stress often notice their hair and nails often become lackluster and brittle. Biotin remedies this problem, kicking hair & nail growth into high gear and even skin glows again. But not just any Biotin pill gets results: the key to lush hair, eyelash, eyebrow, and nail growth is finding a high-absorption, bioavailable form of Biotin and then to take it daily. RejuvaBlend developed a way to sneak a daily dose of a high-absorption Biotin into…wait for it…a rich, smooth coffee. RejuvaBlend coffee is like pretty in a K-Cup.

Starting my morning with Rejuvablend Nature Cups K-Cup Coffee with bioavailable BiotinRejuvablend K-Cups

The only thing better than a quick beauty fix? A quick beauty fix included in your coffee. Like a magic beauty potion, RejuvaBlend coffee remedies a big beauty complaint of many busy women: stress taking a toll on their appearance. Burning the proverbial candle at both ends often leads to the depletion of the body’s reserves, leading to lackluster hair and nail growth.

WHAT IS BIOTIN?

Biotin is a water-soluble B Vitamin (B7) which is associated with glowing skin, thicker, fuller, and longer hair and the growth of longer and stronger nails. Biotin also supports the health of the nerves, digestive tract, metabolism, and cells. Because it is water soluble, it should be taken daily.

WHAT DOES BIOTIN DO FOR HAIR GROWTH?

According to Dr. Richard K. Scher, Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Weill Cornell Medical College has spoken extensively about Biotin. Hair that is brittle, damaged, not growing or even experiencing hair loss can have many causes, and Biotin seems to have the ability to halt various types hair loss and encourage regrowth in most women, regardless of the reason behind the loss. Whether hair loss is due to postpartum, stress or poor diet, a bioavailable Biotin can help. Want to regrow overly thinned out eyebrows? Biotin can help with that too.

How Biotin works is unclear. Dr. Scher believes Biotin supports the building of the keratin structure of hair and nails. I thought that sounded promising since my hair looks so much better after a Keratin conditioning treatment.

WHO CAN USE MORE BIOTIN?

Almost everyone. Unlike some B-Vitamins, Biotin is considered safe even in larger doses. But a multi-vitamin and even many B-Complex supplements often do not contain even the minimum daily requirement of Biotin, much less the amount that enhances hair and nail growth.

HOW MUCH BIOTIN IS NECESSARY FOR HAIR GROWTH?

The daily recommended dosage of Biotin required to grow hair is at least 2.5 mg (or 2,500 mcg). Rejuvablend contains 2928mcg.

I was surprised to see that my highly reputable brand and rather expensive daily multi-vitamin pill only contains 33% of the daily requirement of Biotin! After some research, I see my daily multivitamin is not the only one that does not supply as much Biotin as might benefit me. Even a well-known hair-growth vitamin contains only about 60% of the daily recommended dose of Biotin.

ABOUT BIOTIN DEFICIENCY

Few people have a severe Biotin deficiency, but it can occur if you take antioxidant supplements such as Lipoic acid (AKA Alpha Lipoic Acid). If you consume lots of antioxidants in the form of white tea, green tea or as a supplement, these can all increase your need for biotin.  Lipoic Acid, an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory supplement that is an anti-aging insider beauty secret, made famous by Yale celebrity dermatologist Dr. Nicholas Perricone within his beauty/health and anti-aging diet. Since Alpha Lipoic Acid is such as wonderful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory supplement, it makes sense to supplement with more Biotin than to cut back on beauty supplements like ALA.

Certain medications and medical conditions can impair or block the absorption of Biotin within your system. If you have such medical problems, a bioavailable Biotin such as found in Rejuvablend can be an excellent daily Biotin source.

Rejuvablend

WHY BIOTIN IN YOUR COFFEE?

While reputable brand Biotin vitamins are available, there are several advantages to getting Biotin from RejuvaBlend coffee:

  1. EASY AND CONSISTENT: You likely drink coffee every day, so it not only makes it easier to get your Biotin, you will likely not miss a daily dose of Biotin. Consistency is key with Biotin: if you’re serious about growing your hair out, don’t skip doses.
  2. BETTER ABSORPTION: As a B Vitamin, Biotin has better absorption as a liquid that a pill or capsule. Liquid consumption of B Vitamins has twice the absorption rate of pill or capsule form vitamins. Rejuvablend has a proprietary delivery system that maximizes the absorption of Biotin into the body, making the most out of this beauty-making B.
  3. EASY TO SWALLOW: Many Biotin vitamin pills or hair growth vitamins are big, chalky and hard to swallow.
  4. COST: Rejuvablend K-Cups are a comparable price or less expensive than standard K-Cups but with the bonus of a high-grade, proven effective, bioavailable Biotin.
  5. TASTE: Rejuvablend is Tasty! Made with 100% Arabica coffee. It is a medium-dark roast that is not bitter and has a caramel note.

Rejuvablend K-Cups

HOW MUCH BIOTIN IS TOO MUCH BIOTIN?

While it’s hard to have too much Biotin, it is possible. The recommended usage is one to two cups of RejuvaBlend coffee which is enough Biotin to amp up both hair and nail growth, more than that is not necessary.

Drink one to two cups of RejuvaBlend Coffee a day for optimal Biotin levels

ABOUT REJUVABLEND K-CUPS

RejuvaBlend Nature Cups K-Cups are 100% recyclable and work with any Keurig Brewer machine, old or new. They come 16 K-Cups to a box.

HOW DOES REJUVABLEND COFFEE TASTE?

I like it! A smooth, dark, rich taste with no afterbite. There is a note of caramel but it is not too sweet.

Rejuvablend coffee with Biotin has a rich, smooth taste with a hint of caramel

RejuvaBlend coffee with Biotin has a rich, smooth taste with a hint of caramel

CONCLUSION

I found RejuvaBlend coffee to be tasty, smooth and delicious without an aftertaste; there is nothing medicinal tasting about this coffee! Hair, skin, and nails all respond well to Biotin, especially when taken with a balanced meal containing other B Vitamin rich foods like eggs, whole grain, cheese, and soy. Having my Biotin in my morning coffee with breakfast ensures that I get this water-soluble vitamin daily. Longer hair, fuller eyebrows, batworthy lashes, and healthy nails, here I come!

Keep Hands Young with a Hand Grip Strengthener

April 7, 2017 · Leave a Comment

In Season 1 of the TV series Younger, Jane Krakowski’s character Annabelle tells Liza, who poses as 26 but is in actuality, 40 years old: Be careful of your hands, sweetie. They’re a dead giveaway. Annabelle speaks truth. We slather our faces and necks with beauty treatments, moisturizer, and sunscreen but often neglect our hands. StyleChicks recommends three-prong attack on hand-aging that includes applying sunscreen and Retinol to hands and keeping them in top physical shape with a Hand Grip Strengthener with Adjustable Resistance.

“Be careful of your hands, sweetie. They’re a dead giveaway.” – Younger

WHY USE A GRIP STRENGTHENER FOR YOUNGER LOOKING HANDS?

A Hand Grip Strengthener quickly builds up tone and strength in the hands, wrists, and forearms. Stronger hands make for graceful, feminine, and agile movement.

Your hands, like your legs and arms, look their best when skin drapes over toned muscles and ligaments. Resistance training makes hands look healthy, improves blood flow and makes them appear slimmer and longer. Low resistance hand exercises counteract the “old-lady” look that hands can take on with age. Stronger hands and wrists are also less likely to need to pick or pry things open with your fingernails, which subjects them to breaking and damage.

Homai Hand Grip Strengthener

Homai Hand Grip Strengthener

WHY USE THE HOMAI HAND GRIP STRENGTHENER TO STRENGTHEN HANDS?

I was only familiar with the hand grip strengtheners that guys tend to use like my Dad had when he played baseball or the ones I see weightlifters at the gym use. I found that type of hand strengthener too difficult to use. But a Hand Grip Strengthener is just the right level of difficulty for me, and it feels like a better fit in my hand.

ADJUSTABLE RESISTANCE SUITABLE FOR WOMEN WHO WANT STRONG BUT DELICATE HANDS

A ballerina is an example of appearing elegant and graceful despite the grueling strength workouts. That is the goal with an anti-aging hand workout. Hands appear elegant and slim, not bulky. If you do an upper arm and upper body workout, a workout for your hands is a logical addition for an elegant, long-line look. The Homai Hand Grip Strengthener adjusts to a lower but challenging weight resistance to build strong hands without excessive bulk or making hands appear masculine. Rather, strong hands make for graceful and agile movement on a woman’s hand, elongating the appearance of the fingers, and making hands look younger and more attractive.

Adjust the resistance from 20 to 110 pounds

Adjust the resistance from 20 to 110 pounds by simply turning the knob

Easy-to-use tension knob, turn left or right to increase or decrease tension

WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM USING THE Homai Hand Grip Strengthener

  • Athletes and recreational sports enthusiasts: Those who want to improve aspects of sports technique including hitting, throwing, pulling, pushing, and holding. Also ideal for rock climbers, golfers, tennis and baseball players and body builders.
  • Musicians who want more finger strength, dexterity, speed, and agility, including pianists, guitarists, harpists
  • Hairdressers who want to increase their grip and stamina to steadily scissors and styling tools
  • Makeup artists who want to improve their stability and precision
  • Medical Personnel: Nurses, doctors, phlebotomists, physical therapists, EMT’s, Massage therapists, Physical therapists all need strong and steady hands.
  • Rehabilitation for arthritis, carpal tunnel, tendonitis, tennis elbow and improve sensitivity of aging hands or those with nerve damage
  • If you do lots of hands-on work, such as mechanic, a grip strengthener can help prevent injury
  • Hobbyists that requires precision and a steady hand, such as model building, painting or drawing, building hand strength can improve your stamina.

HOMAI HAND GRIP STRENGTHENER SUPERIOR DESIGN FEATURES

  1. Longer finger handle and the palm handle, so that it fits well in the hand for males and females
  2. Ergonomic, non-slip rubber grip handles for easier use
  3. Spring-loaded grip offers varying levels of resistance from 20 lbs up to 110 lbs allows you to adjust the resistance to exactly what you need.
  4. Compact and portable size
Longer, cushioned handles make it easy to use

Longer, cushioned non-slip handles make it easy to use

PUTTING THE HOMAI HAND GRIP STRENGTHENER TO THE TEST

The Homai Hand Grip Strengthener can be used either every other day or every day, depending on your strengthening goals. I do it every other day while watching TV, Netflix or when I am online checking my email.

I use it on the lowest resistance setting, the 20 lbs, to start. Next week I will increment up a bit. It is just the right amount of tension and difficulty for beginners; it is not too easy and not too difficult. See the video below for how to adjust the resistance to as low as 20 lbs up to 110 lbs.

The adjustable resistance weight range is a very nice feature on this grip strengthener, making it suitable for men, women, kids and even seniors who want to increase their hand strength and combat arthritic changes.

The spring-loaded grip does not snap back on me if I lose my grip mid-squeeze, which is a nice feature.

RESULTS

I quickly felt my hands getting stronger and agiler within a short period of a few weeks of using the Grip Strengthener. I also find that after using the Homai Hand Grip Workout Griper a few times a week, that I’m less klutzy and accident prone with agile, flexible hands and toned wrists.

Surprisingly, a benefit I did not expect from using the Homai Hand Grip Strengthener is I have an easier time applying my makeup because I have steadier hands, especially when applying eye makeup on my “other eye,” my liquid eyeliner game is improving with a steady hand. My arms also get less tired when I am using hair styling tools overhead like hairdryers, curling irons, and the Instyler hair straightener.

CONCLUSION

For youthful looking hands, regular grip strength training is vital. Combining the consistent use of the Homai Hand Grip Strengthener with sunscreen and a topical retinol cream, hands can look younger and smoother.

The padded handles make the Homai Hand Grip Strengthener much easier to use, and the adjustable tension makes it ideal for anyone in the family to use, whether sports enthusiast, musician, kids, or seniors who wish to build up strength in their hands. A sturdy and useful product that is easy to use while watching TV.
