HOW IT WORKS

It’s convenient to do at home and simple to use.

Shave the area before treatment.
When you’re ready to begin, put on the light-shielding goggles and plug in the device. A red light will blink when its’ ready.
Hold the button for three seconds to start, you will see blinking lights. Adjust the level as necessary, we’ll begin with default level one.
Hold the device vertically on the skin, so that the light emitting window is positioned directly above the section to be treated.
When the lights turn green, quickly click the button
There will be a very bright flash of light. This is the IPL light treating that small section. REPEAT: ALWAYS wear the goggles, because the light is exceptionally bright and eyes must be shielded, as they would be in a professional treatment setting
Move the device to the next area and click again, repeating the process until the area is covered, one click per section
Once any redness subsides, treat the entire area again, one click per section.

FREQUENCY OF USE

If you can tolerate the device without discomfort, you can choose a more powerful setting than the lowest default level. This is especially useful for stubborn areas of unwanted hair. Most areas respond fastest to levels three to five, but lower levels will work fine, it might just take longer for permanent results.

Use the device weekly for one month, Then use it twice a week for the next two to three months.

Regular use gets results! Use for 10-12 weeks, hair grows thinner after 3-4 treatments. Touch up every 4 to 6 weeks for smooth, hair-free skin on areas such as legs, arms, and underarms.

MY RESULTS

I found it easy to use, and it was not at all painful. By comparison, I had my underarm hair removed at a spa and even with the numbing cream, it did hurt and it took three to four sessions spaced out over a few months to get results.

It is easy to fill and carry with no leaks. The directions are seen on the top of the box and in the user manual.

I really like the automatic shut off feature so I can leave it on overnight or if I forget about it being on before I leave the house in the morning, I don’t have to worry.

RESULTS

Using the humidifier this week, I didn’t wake up with a dry mouth, or with dry, red eyes. My skin was soft instead of feeling tight and a bit itchy and my lips were not their usual dry, chapped morning selves.

I did also find that I slept better, even though I didnâ€™t have a cold or a cough, the moisture made it easier for me to breathe.

My night time moisturizer creams seem to work better with more moisture in the air.

MY EXPERIENCE USING THE BAG

The bag is sturdy and holds my laptop safely as well as all my gear including a sketchbook, notepad, my tablet, scarf, my bento lunch box, my computer glasses and sunglasses, my phone and other gear. There is room to store my drawing tablet in addition to my laptop. The laptop compartment is padded and safe.

The material holds up well, it is a high-quality EVA. I like this because if I overpack the bag, it will not damage it or stretch it out.

Even when I overpack my scarf, laptop, tablet, bento box, snack, wares and other items, it zips closed and retains its’ shape

It is comfortable carrying it both by the shoulder straps and by the handle. I really like that the back of the case has a special padded material that both creates a cushion and reduces heat conduction so that it is comfortable to carry the backpack even in hot weather.

HOW TO USE THE L’EMOUCHET WHITE NOISE MACHINE

The volume level should be set slightly louder than normal music listening level, but still, a level that is comfortable enough to listen to and still doze off.

MY EXPERIENCE

It is very easy to assemble, insert the plug jack at the base, plug it in, and turn it on with a press of the large center on/off button.

I found the sound quality and variety of sounds that the L’emouchet White Noise Machine has to be superior to other white noise machines I have tried, there is not the “AM Radio” type static that is often heard with noise machines, and the sounds are superior in that they are not looped, meaning I can’t detect when the sound starts over in a discernable pattern. I find this more lifelike and relaxing.

I especially like the water-based sounds including the ocean and rainfall sounds, and the brown noise is highly relaxing for both me and for pets. It drowns out the sound of the neighborhood dog that tends to bark at each car passing down the street at night, as well as traffic sounds. I can still hear noises in the house such as a door opening or someone speaking to me in the room. The brown noise lulls me to sleep faster, and when I do wake up, the sound makes me sleepy so it is easier to get back to sleep.

LED LIGHT

The LED light is optional but adds a soft glow of color to your home or office while diffusing the pleasing aroma. The color choices are selected at the touch of a button, they include soft white light, magenta pink, poppy red, light baby blue, dark blue, and light green. There is also an option to rotate through all the colors as they morph from yellows to golds to orange to red to pinks, magenta, purples, light to deep blues and greens. It is bright enough to provide some light at night, but not so much light so as to distract from sleep.

CAPACITY

The TruGardens Essential Oil Diffuser has a 300ml capacity or a bit over ten ounces. The fill indicator notes three fill levels depending on your needs ranging from a small office cubicle to a large open room. This provides ample water to run even overnight or for a full workday without having to refill it. Generally, it only takes a few minutes to remove a stale odor or to infuse even a large room, so the TruGarden Diffuser doesn’t need constant refills yet still has a small footprint on a nightstand, table, or shelf.

AUTO SHUT OFF SAFETY FEATURE

TruGardens diffuser has an auto waterless shut off when the water runs out for added safety. I like this feature as it makes it safe to leave the TruGardens diffuser on overnight, even in a child’s room, or to leave it unattended in the kitchen. I like that if I doze off or forget about it being on, that there’s no danger. It also makes it safe to leave on when I leave the house so I can come home to a lovely diffused scent, which is something I enjoy.

Speaking of safety, the TruGarden diffuser comes with CE, FCC and RoH certificates.

SILENT

It makes no noise at ALL, so it is very useful for using at night, or discretely using it diffuse in an office setting. It is so quiet, the first time I used it I wasn’t sure it was turned on until I saw the billow of mist coming from the top of the device.

Something I particularly like about the silent feature, apart from making it quiet enough to use while sleeping, is it is also quiet when used in the office. Do you have a workmate that microwaves pungent foods for lunch that permeate the whole office? Discretely diffuse Peppermint or lemon in your office space to eradicate the smell from around YOU. The TruGardens Essential Oil diffuser is so quiet, that no one will even hear it running, meanwhile, your nose and clothes are saved from the smelly meal du jour.

It is also useful if someone is sick in the office and you wish to diffuse some purifying oils, or if you are the sickie and want to diffuse Eucalyptus oil to survive the day without coughing so much you drive everyone else crazy.

So quiet it is suitable for use at night or in the office

ADJUSTABLE MOISTURE OUTLET

The moisture level can be adjusted to accommodate a very dry room (such as due to forced air heat during the winter), or for allergies.

Of note, the moisture outlet does not sputter, the surface that I had the diffuser resting upon did not become covered with a surrounding layer of wet dew as can happen with some diffusers. With some diffusers I have had to put down a towel to absorb the ring of moisture they leave, but not with the TruGardens Essential Oil Diffuser.

This no-sputter feature is in part due to the controlled mist-flow cap that doesn’t allow splashes of water to escape, leading to a very fine mist of steam that easily evaporates into the air.

HOW TO USE THE TRUEGARDENS DIFFUSER

Add 2-3 drops of essential oils per 100ml of water. If the container is filled to the 300ml fill line, use a maximum of 6-9 drops.

IDEAS TO USE THE TRUGARDENS ESSENTIAL OIL DIFFUSER

Peppermint can naturally remove lingering smoke odors, deter mosquitos and other bugs, as well as uplift and invigorate for exercise or other activities.
Rosemary Oil can improve concentration and mental clarity while doing homework or working on a mentally taxing project.
Lavender can improve relaxation and sleep.
Citrus scents including grapefruit, lemon, and sweet orange eliminate cooking smells, even strong fish odors.

Some diffusers “burn” the essential oils with overheating to disseminate the scent. TruGardens Diffuser does not burn the oils. TruGardens also has Essential Oils that work best with their diffusers.
