Bestqool Red Light Therapy Device REVIEW + RED LIGHT THERAPY HOW-TO GUIDE

Bestqool Red Light Therapy Device is a home light therapy device.

Research shows RED LIGHT THERAPY has several benefits.

  • It jump-starts tissue rejuvenation.
  • It increases blood flow and intradermal collagen fiber density.

We love getting the benefits of light therapy at home with Bestqool Red Light Therapy Device. This versatile device offers both anti-aging and pain relief benefits.

Bestqool Red Light Therapy Device

Bestqool Right Light Therapy Device delivers infrared light and red light therapy

Light therapy is often done in a medical or spa setting. It is also available via some at-home devices.

An excellent FDA Class II cleared tool for at-home light therapy is the Bestqool Red Light Therapy device.

Why Bestqool Red Light Therapy Device Is Special

The Bestqool Red Light Therapy device contains 30 light units of 600nm and 30 units of 850nm.

This combination of red light therapy (600nm) and infra red light therapy (850nm) options makes it a versatile tool for both skincare rejuvenation and inflammatory-based pain.

It can be placed on a table, the floor, or hung on a door to project light onto larger areas of the body.

Note the 60-degree angle for optimal light use:

The light is powerful and delivers professional results.

Why Use Red Light Therapy

Red light is the wave of the spectral range considered useful for promoting wound healing, tissue repair, and skin rejuvenation.[1]

Red light therapy increases adenosine triphosphate production or ATP, which promotes cellular energy production.

This has several benefits.

Red Light Therapy Benefits

ANTI-AGING

Red light therapy improves skin tone and texture. It also reduces roughness, wrinkles, and fine lines. [2]

One study found red light therapy test subjects:

“experienced significantly improved skin complexion and skin feeling, profilometrically assessed skin roughness, and ultrasonographically measured collagen density” [3]
Red Light Therapy Benefits on skin

Red light therapy is outstanding for anti-aging because it promotes collagen formation

SKIN IMPROVEMENT

Red light therapy treats multiple skin issues. Red light therapy can:

  • improve wound healing, acne, and scars
  • improve psoriasis, rosacea, and eczema
  • improve sun damage and overall facial texture
  • reduce stretch marks, wrinkles, fine lines, and age spots

WOUND HEALING

Red Light Therapy also reduces inflammatory-based pain and increases blood flow.

Increased blood flow allows more oxygen and nutrients to reach areas of pain or injury. This releases toxins and accelerates the healing process, including wound healing. [4]

INFLAMMATION

Red Light therapy also is a natural bacteria inhibitor and antioxidant. [5]

It addresses exercise and injury inflammation because red light “reduces the concentration of signaling molecules involved in the inflammatory response” [6].

Red Light Therapy can be effective on osteoarthritis and tendinitis pain

X60 sturdy base allows you to put it on the table or hanging on the wall that delivers a 15.8"x10" area light span

60-degree beam angle

There is also a smart timer. Wearing goggles while doing light therapy makes it difficult to gauge proper treatment times. The timer keeps track of time for you.

This device is notable for staying cool. It is not hot to the touch after use and the light itself does not feel hot. This is because of the dual built-in cooling system fans.

The Bestqool Red Light Therapy Device Experience

I use the Bestqool Red Light Therapy Device 15-30 minutes per session, 4 times per week.

The tabletop or hanging option makes it so convenient to use.

There is no flicker and the timer makes it easy to use. It is low heat output so it is comfortable during treatment.

It is so easy to turn it on and use the Bestqool x60

SKIN

The 60-degree angle, when placed on a tabletop, provides red light angled upwards towards my face and throat. I like to treat the under chin “turkey waddle” area and treat my forehead at once.

The 60-degree angle simultaneously treats my face, chest, double chin area, and my throat

The lights are powerful, so use the goggles that come with the device to protect your eyes.

Always use the goggles during an Infrared light treatment!

Always use the goggles during an Infrared light treatment!

Unlike some light therapy devices, the light does not feel “hot” on the skin and treatment is comfortable.

We love the hanging on the door option so the light can reach a larger area. It is easy to assemble and adjust the height.

Hanging option can treat the back, neck or torso

I can treat my face, throat, décolletage and shoulders at the same time. Red light therapy is also a wonderful anti-aging treat for hands!

Skin does seem brighter with a nice glow, but collagen production and skin firming can take a month or two to see results. Some surface issues, such as my acne, responded sooner.

PAIN

Pain relief results are quick with the device.

I also like to use it immediately after a workout because the red light enhances muscle recovery and reduces inflammation.

Ease exercise soreness right at the mat

Ease sore muscles after yoga, stretching or pilates

SLEEP

I like to use the Bestqool Red Light Therapy Device before bedtime because red light therapy produces melatonin to promote better sleep patterns.

Red Light Therapy How to Best Use

  • Be consistent to see results. Stick to a schedule.
  • Before starting any medical treatment, talk to your health care provider, especially if you are pregnant or using medications that may increase photosensitivity.
  • Some researchers believe red light therapy works best on hydrated cells.
  • Take “before” photos in good light to track your progress.
Bestqool Red Light Therapy Device provides a natural, safe, and non-invasive light therapy treatment you can use at home anytime. It is great for post-workout recovery, skin rejuvenation, and pain relief.

Beeswax: How to Best Use for Beauty Benefits

May 20, 2022 · Leave a Comment

EPIONCE BRAND INGREDIENT OVERVIEW: It is World Bee Day! Hurray to our industrious flying friends! We know bees give us skincare benefits from honey, but there is also beauty benefits to beeswax.

So we celebrate World Bee Day by featuring Epionce, a brand that puts beeswax to good beauty use in a range of medical-grade, botanically-based products for remarkable skincare.

Epionce and Beeswax

Epionce uses beeswax in its’ product range. What is so special about beeswax?

The Buzz About Beeswax

Beeswax is a bee by-product made from the honeycomb of the honeybee.

Beeswax is best known for its’ ability to soften the skin, such as chapped lips.  But beeswax is much more than a natural lip balm.

Beeswax has an occlusive quality to provide a barrier while retaining moisture. It protects from irritants and acts as a long-lasting protective barrier layer from environmental irritants and extreme weather.

It is an anti-allergenic and anti-inflammatory.

Packed with vitamin A, beeswax helps with healing, stimulates cell turnover, protects against UV radiation, and fights against the free radicals that cause premature signs of aging.

Thank you, bees!

What The Experts Say about Beeswax

Dr. Thornfeldt, Clinical Dermatologist and Founder of Episciences, and creator of Epionce, totally gets the potential of beeswax within botanically-based skincare.

Here is what Dr. Thornfeldt and other researchers have to say about the impact of beeswax on skin:

“Beeswax is a natural humectant with protective wax esters to help draw and lock in moisture, keeping skin hydrated, firm, and plump”

“Beeswax provides a natural, gentle exfoliation to keep you soft and smooth.”
“It soothes irritated skin making it an excellent choice as a healing skincare ingredient.”
“the perfect balance of nourishment to calm skin, keep it bacteria free, along with healing wounds and fighting infection.“

Beeswax is especially important in the care of our skin barrier.

Most anti-aging topicals are aggressive: retinols, aHAs, Vitamin C. They can disrupt the skin barrier with their drying, peeling side effects. But care for our skin barrier goes beyond dry skin concerns. Our skin barrier must be maintained and protected.

Why Protect Our Skin Barrier with Beeswax

OUR SKIN HAS SEEN SOME THINGS. BAD THINGS.

Research shows environmental stressors are a significant oxidative factor, damaging our skin barrier and accelerating skin aging.[1]

European environmental scientists concluded that air pollution, UV radiation, frigid temperatures, dust, dry air, tobacco smoke exposure, and even our cosmetics and skincare take a collective toll on the skin.[2]

It is imperative to keep our skin barrier intact. Studies also show air pollution makes skin conditions such as atopic dermatitis, even worse. [3]
