For hair, so far I’ve used Complete Organics InstaNatural Avocado Oil on my hair in two ways:

  1. I pump some into my hand, rub my palms together and apply it directly to my hair ends and work up to the scalp to smooth, plump and add bounce. It makes brittle hair more pliable in as little as 15-20 minutes, which makes it an ideal multi-tasking workout conditioning treatment that doesn’t leave hair sticky or greasy looking.
  2. I mix a few pumps of InstaNatural Avocado Oil in a bowl with just a basic hair conditioner to turn my conditioner into a super vitamin packed pre-shampoo hair masque treatment.

Also great on stubborn cuticles, legs and for soothing chapped lips and dry winter facial skin. A little goes a long way.

  • Massaging avocado oil into your scalp also prompts blood flow to your hair follicles.

MY EXPERIENCE

  • SENSORY EXPERIENCE: One bath bomb is enough for a regular sized tub, two can be used if desired in an especially large tub. However, since these are larger than typical bombs, I found using just one to be plenty of fizz, bubbles, and aroma for an enjoyable long soak in the tub. MY EXPERIENCE: PUTTING GOOD IDEA TO THE TEST

I typically require plenty of caffeine during the day and often drink an ice-cold Diet Soda at lunch. I like the Mango Orange which is lightly sweet with a smoother mango taste, but really like the Lemon-lime, which is tart, lightly tangy and less sweet. There is no artificial, acidic or chemical taste or weird aftertaste.
