Glucosamine Sulfate
Glucosamine is a shellfish* product. It maintains healthy cartilage by rebuilding cartilage lost due to age or injury. It increases type II collagen and proteoglycan synthesis while reducing pro-inflammatory factors. It improves the anabolic/catabolic balance of the extracellular cartilage matrix (ECM). [3]
Chondroitin Sulfate

Bioperine is another name for piperine. Piperine is a compound that comes from black pepper. It increases absorption. Its role in this formulation is Turmeric support. Our Experience
We find this formulation particularly helpful with post-workout soreness. Instead of taking Advil after regular workouts, we find this formulation a particularly helpful and safe remedy to DOMS.
